ReThink is a Home Operations Company: one point of contact who coordinates vetted, insured local pros, manages the schedule, and documents the work from start to finish. How fast will I hear back?

How does pricing work?
You get a quoted price against a documented scope before work starts. If something changes, we write a change order and get your approval first. You'll never be surprised by a number on an invoice.
Do I have to commit to anything?
No. There's no commitment and no pressure — tell us about the project, we'll give you a recommendation and a quoted price, and you decide from there.
Do you handle seasonal home maintenance?
Yes — staying ahead of seasonal upkeep is a core part of what we do. We help you plan the routine work so small things don't turn into emergencies, and we're here when something does come up.
Are your pros licensed and insured?
Every job is handled by a vetted pro from our local network, and we keep a certificate of insurance on file for every job.

Do you handle plumbing emergencies?

Will I get a price before work starts?
Yes. You'll get a quoted price against a documented scope before the plumber begins. If anything changes, we write a change order and get your approval first.
HVAC
Should I repair or replace my furnace or AC?
We'll have the pro assess it and give you an honest recommendation with a quoted price — repair when it makes sense, replace when it doesn't. You decide.
Do you offer maintenance, not just repairs?
Yes. Seasonal tune-ups are part of staying ahead of problems — we can coordinate routine maintenance so small issues don't become emergencies.
Electrical
Is the work done to code?
Yes. We coordinate licensed electricians, the work is done to code, and you get documentation of what was completed.
Can you handle bigger jobs like a panel upgrade?
Yes — from a single outlet to a full panel upgrade. You'll get a quoted price against a documented scope before work starts.
Roofing
Can you inspect the roof before I commit to anything?
Yes. We'll have a pro assess the roof and give you an honest read — what needs attention now, what can wait — with a quoted price. No pressure.
Do you handle storm damage and insurance work?
We coordinate the repair and the documentation; for an insurance claim, that clear record of the damage and the work helps. We'll talk you through it.
Power washing
How often should I have power washing done?
Most homes benefit from a yearly refresh, but it depends on shade, trees, and exposure. The pro can recommend the right cadence for your home.
Is power washing safe for my siding?
Yes, when it's done right. We coordinate pros who use the correct pressure and method for each surface, so nothing gets damaged.
Handyman
Is any job too small?
No — small jobs and to-do lists are exactly what the handyman service is for. Bundle a few things into one visit.
Can one visit cover several different tasks?
Yes. Send us the whole list and we'll coordinate a pro who can handle as much of it as possible in one trip.
