Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ReThink Home Service LLC (“ReThink,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website or submit a request. We serve homeowners in Green Bay and the surrounding Brown County, Wisconsin area.

Information we collect

When you submit our service-request or partner forms, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property or business address, project details, and any photos you choose to upload. At submission we also record technical details used to document your consent and protect the form — your IP address, browser user-agent, and a timestamp.

If you accept analytics cookies (see “Cookies and analytics”), we also collect basic usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, and device and browser type.

Separately, regardless of your cookie choice, our hosting provider collects aggregate, non-identifying measurements — such as page counts and page-load performance timings — that do not use cookies and cannot identify you individually.

How we use your information

• Respond to your request, schedule service, and coordinate vetted, insured pros.
• Send transactional messages (appointment reminders, confirmations, follow-up) and — only if you opt in — marketing messages.
• Maintain records of your consent and our communications.
• Operate, secure, and improve our website.
• Comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

SMS and mobile messaging

When you provide your phone number and check a consent box, you may opt in to receive text messages from ReThink Home Service LLC. We offer two separate, optional programs:

• Transactional — appointment reminders, confirmations, and project follow-up. During an active project, frequency may reach roughly 5–10 messages depending on what we need to coordinate.
• Marketing — occasional promotions and offers, no more than about once or twice per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We use the service providers below solely to deliver the messages you have requested.

Service providers

We share information only with vendors that help us operate, and only as needed to provide our service. They are obligated to protect your information and may not use it for their own marketing:

• Twilio and Quo — telephony and SMS delivery.
• n8n — automation that routes and records your request.
• Supabase — secure storage for your request details and uploaded photos.
• Vercel — website hosting, plus privacy-friendly, cookieless website and performance analytics (aggregate, non-identifying).
• Cloudflare — content delivery, security, and bot protection.
• Google Analytics — website usage analytics (only if you accept analytics cookies).

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Cookies and analytics

Our site uses essential cookies needed for it to function. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies — we do not load Google Analytics unless you accept. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s stored preference in your browser, and you can install Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Separately, our hosting provider (Vercel) provides cookieless, aggregate analytics and performance measurement. It sets no cookies, does not identify individual visitors, and runs without requiring your consent. It is used only to count overall traffic and monitor how quickly pages load.

How long we keep your information

We retain SMS consent records and related contact information for at least four (4) years to meet federal (TCPA/FCC) record-keeping expectations. Project and contact records are kept as long as needed to provide and document our service, then deleted or archived. You may request deletion at any time (see “Your choices and rights”), subject to records we are required to keep.

How we protect your information

Traffic to our site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), forms are protected by bot challenges and rate limiting, and access to your information is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your choices and rights

• Texting: reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We honor opt-outs promptly.
• Analytics: decline the cookie banner, or clear the stored preference to be asked again.
• Access or deletion: email support@rethinkhomeservice.com or call (920) 600-6912 to request a copy or deletion of your information.

Children’s privacy

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

Where we operate

We currently serve Wisconsin — the Green Bay and Brown County area — and our services are directed to Wisconsin residents.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version; material changes will be noted on this page.
