These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ReThink Home Service website and services. By using this site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

ReThink Home Service LLC is a Home Operations Company. We coordinate vetted, insured subcontractors and act as your single point of contact. We are the operator — not the contractor performing the work — and we are not a marketplace, home warranty, or franchise.

Requests, quotes, and pricing

Submitting a request does not create a binding contract for work; we follow up to discuss the job. Any quote we provide defines the documented scope. The price is the price — the only thing that changes it is an approved, written change order.

Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information and use the site lawfully.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent requests.
• Do not disrupt, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to the site.

Photos and content you submit

You keep ownership of the photos and details you submit. You grant ReThink Home Service LLC a limited license to use them to assess and coordinate your project, and you confirm you have the right to share what you submit.

Text messages

If you opt in, you agree to receive text messages as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of service.

Disclaimers

The site and our coordination services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Work is performed by independent, licensed subcontractors; while we vet and coordinate them, we do not perform the trade work ourselves.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReThink Home Service LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or our coordination services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReThink Home Service LLC, its owners and employees, from claims and costs arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or the information you submit.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Brown County, Wisconsin, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version; continued use of the site means you accept the current Terms.
