Why ReThink

Why Green Bay homeowners choose ReThink.

Hiring for your home usually means chasing contractors, waiting on callbacks, and hoping the person who shows up is insured. We built ReThink so it doesn't work that way. One point of contact. Vetted, insured pros. Everything documented.

S01
The difference

A Home Operations Company, not a lead list.

Four things that make hiring through ReThink feel nothing like the usual scramble.

One point of contact

You talk to us — not five contractors who all got your number. We coordinate the pro, the schedule, and the follow-up, and stay accountable start to finish.

Vetted, insured pros

Every job goes to a vetted pro from our local network. We confirm the work is done right and stand behind it as your single point of contact.

A documented scope

You get a quoted price against a written scope before work starts — and a plain-English summary after. If something changes, we write a change order and get your approval first.

COI on every job

We keep a certificate of insurance on file for every job, so you're never exposed to an uninsured worker on your property. More on that below.

S02
What is a COI?

Why every job needs a certificate of insurance.

A certificate of insurance (COI) is the document that proves the person working on your home actually carries insurance — and it's one of the most-skipped protections in home services.

If an uninsured worker is hurt on your property, or damages your home, you can be left holding the bill — sometimes a very large one. A COI is proof that the contractor carries liability (and, where relevant, workers' compensation) coverage, so that risk sits with them, not you.

The catch is that most homeowners never ask for one, and many contractors don't volunteer it. On a ReThink job you don't have to think about it: we require and keep a certificate of insurance on file for every job, as a standard part of how we vet the pros we coordinate.

How it works

Three steps to a handled home.

No commitment, no pressure — just a clear path from your request to a documented visit.

  1. 01

    Tell us the job

One short form — the work, your address, and when works for you. Takes two minutes.

  2. 02

    We call you back

A real person confirms details within a business day and matches you with the right vetted pro.

  3. 03

    We coordinate everything

Scheduling, the visit, follow-up, and documentation — handled, so you don't have to chase anyone.

S05Why we built this
Jeff, Founder & Owner, ReThink Home Service
I've spent years in this industry watching homeowners chase contractors, wait on callbacks, and get handed off between companies. We built ReThink so that doesn't happen anymore. You fill out one form. We take it from there.

Common questions

What people ask before their first job.

Straight answers — and if yours isn't here, just ask.

What does it mean that a pro is 'vetted'?
Before a pro takes a ReThink job, we confirm they're a real, established local operator with the right licensing for the trade and current insurance — and we keep a certificate of insurance on file. If they don't meet the bar, they don't get the job.
Is ReThink like Angi or Thumbtack?
No. Those are lead marketplaces — they sell your contact information to multiple contractors who then compete for your call. ReThink is a Home Operations Company: we're your single point of contact, we coordinate one vetted pro, and your information is never sold.
How does pricing work?
You get a quoted price against a documented scope before any work starts. If the scope changes, we write a change order and get your approval first. You'll never be surprised by a number on an invoice.
