How much does property management cost in Green Bay?

Do you handle both finding tenants and managing the property?
Yes — full service. We market the unit, screen and place the tenant, handle the lease and rent, and manage maintenance from there. You can also hire us just to place a tenant if you'd rather self-manage after that. Either way, the leasing side runs through Jeff's Symes Realty brokerage.
