Should I refinish my hardwood or replace it?
If the boards are solid and thick enough to sand, refinishing is usually the better value. If they're water-damaged, worn through, or a thin engineered layer, replacement makes more sense. The pro will check the floor and give you an honest recommendation with a quoted price.
Do the installers move furniture and haul away the old flooring?
That's part of the scope we set up front. Most jobs include moving furniture, tearing out the old flooring, and hauling it away — we'll spell out exactly what's included so there are no surprises on the day.
